Are there additional costs?
Once a package and price has been agreed upon with the client, there will be no additional costs. There are no hidden charges and our price is gauranteed.
Can i change plans or cancel any time?
We do our utmost to allow flexibility in individual itineraries. There are however certain aspects of some packages for eg attractions on escorted tours, that are not refundable but you will be made aware of these during the planning stage. Otherwise we offer a fair refund for cancellations up to 14 days prior to travel ( please see terms and conditions)
What about insurance?
All insurance is the sole responsibility of the traveller. (see T&C)
Do you cater for large groups?
Yes, We cater from one person to a bus load of happy travellers!
When do i make full payment?
Full payment is required 60 days prior to travel.
